Physiotherapy and movement in Pangrati, since 2016

We find out why it hurts, explain it in plain words, treat it, and give you exercises you can do at home. Every session is with the same person from start to finish. No referral needed, and our prices are on this website.

How we work
Eleni and Myrto opened Symmetria after years in clinics where a physiotherapist sees four people an hour. They made a few rules. We still keep all of them.
One therapist, start to finish
Every session is forty-five minutes with the same person. Nobody on the next bed, no machine switched on while we see someone else.
We explain the why
You leave knowing what is going on and why each exercise helps. People who understand their plan get better faster.
Exercises you can do at home
Two or three, drawn and written down for you, adjusted every session. No gym or equipment needed to start.
No referral, prices in public
You can come straight to us. Every price is on this website, and we never sell you a block of sessions you did not ask for.

A scan shows what your back looks like. It does not tell us what your back can do.
Treatments and prices
Prices include everything that happens in the session. We give a receipt for every visit, which most private insurers accept.

Run club, Saturdays at the stadium
Saturdays at 07:30 at the main gate of the Kallimarmaro, on Vasileos Konstantinou Avenue. Three groups, from walk-run to steady, and nobody runs alone: Nikos runs at the back. Free, and you do not need to be a patient.
How run club worksFrom the journal
Short, practical notes from the team. All notes
Saturday mornings at the KallimarmaroEight years of run club: forty people on a good week, a bag of oranges, and nobody left behind.
Running after a baby: what we check firstTwelve weeks is a guide, not a starting gun. What we look at before you lace up again.
Your neck at a desk: less posture, more movementThere is no perfect way to sit. There is a better way to spend the day.
