11–12 January 2027, Warehouse 9, Thessaloniki
Periplous
Two days about building, designing and shipping for the web, on the waterfront in Thessaloniki.
The fourth edition: two days, three rooms, 24 sessions and at most 420 people on the waterfront.
A conference small enough to meet everyone twice.
Periplous started in 2023 with sixty people in a borrowed classroom on Syros, because five developers were tired of conferences in hangars. It has grown slowly, on purpose, and it still ends on a boat.
A cap, not a target
Big enough for three rooms, small enough that you see the same faces on the second day. When we sell out, we stop.
No sponsored talks
Six reviewers choose the programme without seeing names. Sponsors pay for coffee and captions. They never buy stage time.
Speakers are paid
Travel, two nights and a 400 euro fee, for every speaker, first-timers included. Nobody pays to speak here.
One seat in ten is open
Free, with money for travel if you need it, for anyone the price would keep away. No proof, no essay.
