Twenty talks, a panel, three workshops and two long lunches on the quay.

The full programme is online. Talks in the Main hall and the Loft, half-day workshops in the Quay room, and a long lunch every day.
We had 212 proposals this year. Six reviewers read every one without seeing the name, and the programme you see is the result, plus three talks we invited directly. This year we asked every speaker the same question: what did you stop doing? The answers shaped the programme more than any theme we could have chosen.
The panel on the first afternoon, What we stopped doing, is the question in its purest form. Five teams, five practices dropped, and what happened next.
