What it is
The first visit is a tour. Your child meets the team, rides the chair up and down, tries on the sunglasses for the light, and helps count their own teeth with the little mirror. If they want to, Anna-Maria has a proper look. If they do not, that is fine too; we try again next time.
You get a short note on what we saw, advice on brushing and diet for their age, and the answers to whatever you are wondering about.
Who it is for
Babies from the first tooth, or by their first birthday, and any child who has never been to a dentist.
Does it hurt? Honestly
Nothing on the first visit hurts. Nothing happens that your child has not agreed to.
Whatever we are doing, raise your left hand and we stop. How we work with nervous patients
Afterwards
- Talk about the visit at home in a normal voice: the chair, Mirto, the sticker.
- Avoid words like needle, drill or pain, even to reassure. Say we counted your teeth.
