Dentist, root canals and implants
A root canal has a terrible reputation, mostly from films. With enough anaesthetic and enough time it is a long, boring appointment. Boring is what we aim for.
Yiorgos studied in Bologna and did his specialist training in root canal treatment there, which is why he talks with his hands and drinks his coffee standing up.
He works slowly on purpose. Root canals are booked in long appointments so nobody is rushed, and he stops every twenty minutes to let your jaw rest. When a tooth can be saved he will say so; when it cannot, he will explain why and show you the X-ray.
He does the Wednesday late session, which is popular with people who cannot leave work, so book it early.
