About Sofia
Sofia answers the phone, finds you a time, explains the plan and the payment options, and prints the receipt your insurer wants. She has worked in medical reception for twenty-five years and can find a free slot in a full week in a way nobody else understands.
She speaks Greek, English and Russian, and some Pontic from her grandmother, which comes in useful in Kalamaria more often than you would think.
