In every ticket

The same for a conference pass, a student pass and an open seat. There is no VIP pass and there never will be.

Every talk, both days
Three rooms, captioned in the Main hall and the Loft.
Lunch and coffee
Cooked on the quay by a kitchen from Ladadika. Vegetarian by default, vegan and gluten-free on request.
Drinks at the lighthouse
The end of the first day, on the pier. Soft drinks as good as the wine.
The boat
Ninety minutes around the gulf at the end of the second day. The tradition since Syros.
The recordings
Everyone gets them free, two weeks later. You get them first.

Open seats

40 seats, one in ten, free. With up to 300 euros towards travel and a bed on us if you need them.

For anyone for whom the price is the reason they would not come: students, people between jobs, people from places where 290 euros is a month of rent. We do not ask for proof, a payslip or an essay.

  1. Register below and choose Open seat.
  2. Tell us in two or three lines why, and whether you need travel money or a bed.
  3. Three people read the applications every two weeks and answer everyone, yes or no.

Nine euros from every paid pass goes to open seats, and our partners fund the rest without ever learning who sits in them.

The small print

Refunds

In full, for any reason, until 12 December 2026, thirty days before the first day. After that we cannot refund, because we have paid the kitchen.

Transfers

Free, any time, right up to the morning of the event. Write to us with the new name and email. Student passes transfer to other students.

Invoices

Every ticket comes with a receipt. For a company invoice, send us the company name, address and VAT number when we write back. We invoice from the association in Greece, with VAT at 24 percent included.

Groups

Team of five saves 200 euros and keeps a table for you at lunch. For ten or more, write to us: we hold the price and let you name people later.

Paying

We send a payment link by card, or bank details for a transfer, within a day of your registration. Your seat is held for seven days while you pay.

If we cancel

Everyone gets every euro back within fourteen days, including open seat travel already booked. The association keeps a reserve for exactly this.

Register

Nothing is charged here. We write back within a day with a payment link or, for an open seat, within two weeks with an answer.

This is a demo: no payment is taken, and registrations are cleared every night.
